    On 26-28 April vice-president of the Republic of India Mohammad Hamid Ansari visited Poland

    During his two-days visit Mr. Ansari met Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło and President Andrzej Duda. They held talks concerning economy and bilateral cooperation. Among mentioned issues was food industry, mining, civil aviation and military cooperation. There were also discussion about security and science. Prime Minister mentioned growing interest of Polish education offer in India. Mrs. Szydło underlined traditionally friendly Indo-Polish relations and dubbed India as one of the crucial partners out of Europe. What is more, she told that Polish recognizes India as a guarantee of stabilization and security in Asia. During Mr. Ansari visit in Warsaw Polish-Indian Business Forum was inaugurated. He also gave a lecture at University of Warsaw, visited Warsaw Uprising Museum and participated in the inauguration of the new complex in the Embassy of the Republic of India in Warsaw.
